Founded in 2000, 2 Minutes Paris supports and welcomes the creation and conception of animation films and the financing and complete production by its teams of projects developed in-house, and offers personalized support for projects or third-party productions, especially as executive producers.
Mireille SARRAZIN
Deputy Director General
A graduate engineer with a master’s degree in Modelling, Data Analysis and Scientific Computation, Mireille joined 2 Minutes in 2003 to structure the growing production needs. With her expertise in digital animation production chains, acquired from Pixibox, Millimages and Animage, for whom she led production management missions and implementation and optimization of digital solutions, Mireille is studio manager on all of the 2 Minutes productions.
Xavier PARIAS
Production Manager
With Master’s degree in Contemporary History, Xavier joined his first animation studio in 1998 and started in audiovisual production. As a production manager for numerous animation studios, including Alphanim, Futurikon, Millimages, 2 Minutes and Marathon Média, over the last 15 years he has gained wide experience in the making of animated series. The feature film Long way North brought him into contact with 2 Minutes, which he joined as production manager in the summer of 2015.
2 Minutes was the first producer to offer an alternative to sub-contracting overseas by relocating the production of animation series to France. Founded in 2003 in Angoulême, 2 Minutes Animation is the historic 2 Minutes studio. Its teams can handle every stage of the making of a 2D or 3D animated series or feature film, including directing, design, storyboards, sets, animation, compositing, rendering, editing, post-production, PADs.
Anthony COMBEAU
Studio Manager / Deputy Director General
After an internship at Télé Images Kids as part of his Master’s degree in Multimedia Management Sciences at the IAE in Angoulême, from which he graduated, and followed by two years’ experience as a production manager at the same studio, Anthony joined 2 Minutes Animation in the spring of 2004. He was soon given the role of studio manager for Angoulême in September 2005.
In September 2023, with nearly twenty years of service to the company behind him, he was appointed Deputy Director General of 2 Minutes. This appointment highlights his experience in the animation sector and his role in supporting the teams and the company’s development.
Sophie COUTAZ
Head of Production
A graduate in Russian Language and Civilization with a DESS in Cultural Projects, Sophie went into animation production in 2000. After several years working with Arkéion Films, Millimages, BAC Films and Samka, Sophie joined 2 Minutes as production manager in 2009 and has overseen the production through to delivery of animated series and feature films for 2 Minutes in Paris and Angoulême.
Jérôme FROMEAUX
Chief Technical Officer
Jérôme joined 2 Minutes at its inception in 2000, bringing his wide experience in the web and the interactive tools acquired at Real Garden. An engineer and programmer by training, he set up the first paperless production line. Head of the research and development department in Paris, he developed numerous tools for animation, assets, re-use and production monitoring. In 2008, he took over as technical director in the Angoulême studio, working as closely as possible with the teams and providing a link on an everyday basis between R & D and production.
Orianne ZOLTEK
Production Assistant
After obtaining a BTS in Management Assistance as part of a career change, she held roles across a wide range of sectors, thereby developing a strong all-round skill set.
In 2017, she joined 2 Minutes and enthusiastically discovered the world of animation.
Today, she ensures the smooth running of the Angoulême and Paris studios and coordinates internal and external events.
She enjoys finding solutions to administrative puzzles, big and small, all with a smile!
Fanny DURAT
Production Manager
Having launched her career in Paris in 2005 following six years of training in graphic design and 3D animation, Fanny gained solid experience working alongside leading talents, notably at Bibo Films, Def2Shoot and Hari.
She joined the 2 Minutes group in 2022 on a feature film project and then rejoined us in 2024 to lend a hand on a teaser. That marked the start of our shared journey in project management. For our very first TV series incorporating motion capture, Fanny is working closely with our various collaborators as production manager.
Mégane FUMEL
Production Manager
A graduate of ESMA with a Master’s degree in Design and Production – 3D Animation and Special Effects, Mégane began her career as a 3D animator in the animated film industry.
Thanks to her attention to detail, dynamism and technical expertise, she quickly moved into a production role in 2019.
Now Production Manager at 2Minutes, she is involved in the analysis and development of new 3D projects. She is also responsible for recruitment, planning and team organisation, as well as setting up and overseeing departments throughout the production process.
Josselin RONSE
Director and Director of Animation
Josselin joined 2 Minutes Animation in 2003 after studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts and then at the Beaux-Arts. He directed the Sam Spoiler series, Rosie (seasons 1 and 2), and Raven the Little Rascal. As animation director, he also participates in the strategic and artistic development of 2 Minutes studio productions and the recruitment and training of the teams
Abigaïl FOUQUÉ
Production Manager
Having graduated with a DESTIS (Diploma in Advanced Studies in Image and Sound Techniques) in live-action filming, specialising in production, in 2021, she first joined 2Minutes in Angoulême as an intern, before fully entering the world of animation in January 2022. As a production coordinator on 2D series such as Junior, Idée en Or season 2, Tu dis, tu Stoppes, La Rose Écarlate and, more recently, Miraculous Chibi season 2, she juggles between childhood and Excel spreadsheets to ensure that productions are covered from A to Z.
Ambre VOETS
Production Assistant
Having graduated with an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Engineering and Cultural Project Management in 2019, Ambre began her career in production management, first in the events sector and then in the performing arts.
She entered the animated film sector in 2022 following a diploma course in Animation Production Management run by Socle Formations.
After gaining initial experience in production supervision on 2D series, Ambre joined 2 Minutes in 2024 as a Production Assistant on the animated feature film Amélie and the Metaphysics of Tubes.
In 2026, she participated in the production coordination of the feature film FLEUR.
Dorian FEVRIER
Pipeline Supervisor
Dorian began his career in Paris in 2007 in animation and visual effects. With expertise in a wide range of tools (Python, Maya, Houdini, Nuke, USD), he has worked on a variety of projects, initially for television and advertising, then feature films (Despicable Me 2, Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods, Ballerina, White Fang), and animated series (Grizzy and the Lemmings, Mystery Lane). He joined 2 Minutes in 2023, where he holds the position of Pipeline Supervisor.
Paul-Emile BUTEAU
Pipeline Supervisor
Paul-Émile graduated with a degree in engineering from École Centrale de Nantes and Keio University in Tokyo in 2015, and has since been designing and developing production pipelines for animation. In 2024, he joined 2 Minutes as a pipeline supervisor and is now focused on integrating Unreal Engine 5 for the production of feature films and series.
Mickael GARCIA
Technical Director
Mickael Garcia holds a Master’s degree in 3D Composition and VFX and specialises in rigging.
After several years in the field, during which he progressed from Props Rigger to Senior Character Rigger, he naturally moved into development.
He joined 2 Minutes in 2023 as Technical Director of Rigging and eventually became Technical Director of Pipeline.
Antoine GRZEGOREK
System administrator and networks
Antoine joined 2 Minutes Angoulême in 2017 as a systems and networks administrator, following an initial career in the cultural sector and a career change at CESI in Arras. Since then, alongside his colleagues, he has been working day in, day out to ensure the reliability and ongoing development of the IT infrastructure, so that everyone can work with peace of mind on the creation and production of animated series and films.
Michel SASSIER
System and Network Technician
A graduate with a degree in engineering, Michel has held various roles in mechanical design and industrial maintenance.
He joined the 2 Minutes Angoulême studio in 2003 as an operations and IT assistant, initially reporting to Mireille Sarrazin and later to Anthony Combeau.
He also assists with lip-sync preparation and video editing for various series. He also served as a Wrangler on the film Zombillenium.
Since then, he has kept pace with the studio’s development, specialising further in the fields of IT and networking.
Flavien DURON
Head of CG
Responsible for overseeing all of the studio’s 3D projects, he is involved in every stage of the ‘Artefact’ pipeline using Unreal Engine.
With 15 years’ experience in the 3D animation industry, working on TV series and feature film projects, his career spans the entire production chain.
He has held positions as a CG supervisor, modelling supervisor and layout artist, and has also worked on surfacing, rigging, lighting and conforming.
This versatility enables him to bring a global vision to projects and to effectively support teams at every stage of production.
With a DUT (University Technical Diploma) in Communication Services and Networks, supplemented by training at EMCA leading to a diploma in assistant directing, his profile combines technical expertise and artistic flair, serving demanding productions.
Amélie BOUTOULLE
Assistant CG Supervisor
Amélie joined 2 Minutes Animation in 2023 to work on the 3D animated feature film Les Légendaires, taking on the role of generalist artist. She focuses primarily on R&D as well as various look development tasks using Unreal Engine 5.
She now holds the position of Assistant CG Supervisor, where she contributes to the production of various teasers, series and feature films.
Christine GRZEGOREK
Director of Compositing
Christine is a compositing director with over twenty years’ experience in the animation industry.
She began her career at Neuroplanet, where she held the position of lead compositor for several years, thereby laying the foundations for her technical and artistic expertise.
Since 2003, she has been working at the 2 Minutes Animation studio in Angoulême, where she has been involved in numerous productions, overseeing and ensuring the quality of the compositing.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to acclaimed series and films such as Libres!, Ernest and Rebecca, La Rose Écarlate, Splinter Cel, Amélie and La Métaphysique des Tubes, and many others.
Thanks to her solid experience and mastery of compositing tools, she supports teams in the visual finalisation of projects, ensuring consistency, quality and artistic excellence.
In 2005, 2 Minutes consolidated its foothold in Asia and created 2 Minutes China in Nanjing. About twenty Chinese artists and technicians produce, oversee and manage teams in several animation studios in Nanjing and Shanghai, which ensures optimal flexibility and excellent control over the quality of the work, whether it be layout, backgrounds, animation or pre-compositing. A team of translators helps maintain an excellent level of communication in French.
CHENG Zhongxia
Directrice du Studio
Diplômée de la Nanjing University of Arts, Zhong xia bénéficie d’une expérience de plus de 15 années dans la fabrication de séries et films d’animation aussi bien technique que dans le management d’équipes. En 2005, après plusieurs années de collaboration privilégiée, Zhong xia se voit confier la direction de 2 Minutes China.
Since the fall 2017, 2 MINUTES REUNION has opened in Saint-Gilles. With many talents trained in the schools of the island, the support of the Region and the FEDER, the studio was able to quickly recruit background and animation teams which delivered in 2019 their first series: TOC-TOC (78 episodes of 7 minutes for France Télévisions).
Eric LETOURNER
Studio Manager
Drawn to creativity in all its forms, he initially trained in literature, academic drawing and art history, before continuing his studies at the Rouen School of Fine Arts. There, he developed his artistic practice, then familiarised himself with digital creation tools and visual communication at INFA. He subsequently specialised in 3D animation in Paris at CFT Gobelins.
This was a decisive step that opened the doors to the world of moving images, where he has been working since 2000.
His work spans many areas of audiovisual creation: cinema, advertising, music videos, video games, stage productions and experimental works. Quickly rising to the role of lead and then supervisor, he has held a wide variety of positions related to animation and developed a comprehensive understanding of production processes.
Passing on his knowledge has become a natural extension of his work. He leads numerous workshops and supports educational projects in France and internationally, notably in Denmark, India, Réunion and Madagascar, thereby fostering a constant dialogue with new generations of creators.
He has been running the 2Minutes Réunion studio since 2022.
Isabelle CASAGRANDE
Production Manager
Having started her career as a character colourist, her passion for the world of animation soon led her to a career as an animation background artist. After two decades working on TV series and feature films, she joined 2Minutes in 2019, still in the role of background artist. In 2021, her career took a turn that was both surprising and exciting: she moved from the role of set designer to that of production manager, a role initially expected to last two months but which has continued to this day. Her role is to ensure the smooth running of the studio in Réunion and to be on hand for her colleagues to help sort out administrative issues.
